Nick Godfrey Insurance Inc. is a licensed insurance brokerage in the province of Ontario, offering employee benefits, life, and health insurance products to individuals and businesses.
We receive client referrals from other brokers, investment firms, and existing clients. Our services are limited to insurance and related financial products. We do not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.
We are not authorized to advise on products outside our regulatory licenses and certificates.

No insurer owns or has an interest in Nick Godfrey Insurance Inc., nor does our brokerage hold any ownership in any insurance company.
We are fully independent and authorized to sell life, health, and insurer investment products within Ontario.
How We Are Compensated
When you purchase a product through us, we receive compensation from the insurance company offering that product. This typically takes the form of a sales commission or referral fee paid at the time the policy or service is placed.
In some cases, we may also receive:
Renewal (service) commissions for ongoing client support
Bonuses or travel incentives based on the volume or persistency of business
Referral fees for Manulife One products offered by Manulife Bank
Referral compensation from associated professionals if their services result in a product or service purchase
Compensation details never influence our recommendations. Every recommendation is based solely on your financial, business, and protection needs.
Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
We take potential conflicts of interest seriously.
If we become aware of any real or perceived conflict, we will disclose it to you verbally and in writing. Our advice remains independent and unbiased, supported by comparisons across multiple insurers and product providers.

Our sole business is that of licensed insurance brokers.

All client and employee data are securely stored on Canadian servers, ensuring compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial regulations.
We will notify you immediately if a data breach occurs and maintain cyber-liability insurance for additional protection.
