Nick Godfrey (He/Him) is a licensed life and health insurance broker with a specialty in employee benefits. Nick’s goal is to help businesses grow by attracting and retaining the best employees, controlling costs and providing great advice.
Nick, a Bishop’ University graduate, began his financial career as a life insurance agent at North American Life in 1988 working as a retirement income and estate planning specialist.
After a move to Oakville Ontario Nick worked as an investment advisor with Ross Dixon Financial Services and later Merrill Lynch.
Nick is an amateur naturalist, citizen scientist and supporter of wetland conservation. He is the chairman of the Oakville Ducks Unlimited fundraising committee and continues to live in Oakville with his wife Elizabeth, his son and a very energetic Bernadoodle named Lyra.

Certified Financial Planner

Brenda Potter Phelan (She/Her) is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Brenda has been serving individuals, families and business owners for 20+ years by helping them manage their accounting, tax, financial and estate planning needs. As a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging she also help clients or their family caregivers manage transitions with an integrated blueprint that covers Lifestyle, Health & Wealth.
Working independently as a financial planner and she is  dual licensed, with a life license for insurance and a mutual fund license for managing wealth. Recently, she became one of 300 Responsible Investment Specialists and a member of the Responsible Investing Association of Canada offering expertise and access to more responsible, sustainable and impactful investing.

Julie Alleyn – Bilingual Fractional HR Consultant & Leadership Coach

Julie Alleyn is a Bilingual Fractional HR Consultant (CHRL) and Leadership Coach (ACC) based in Mississauga, Canada. Originally from Montreal, she has over 25 years of experience working across multiple provinces, supporting business owners, executives, team leaders, and managers from a wide range of industries.

As the founder of Pegasus Evo-Lution Inc., Julie provides fractional HR services to startups and businesses with 20 to 150 employees. She partners with business owners and team leaders to navigate people-related challenges, ensuring compliance, reducing risks, and fostering a culture of engagement and growth. Her strategic HR solutions help organizations build workplaces where employees feel motivated to bring their best selves to work—ultimately improving the company’s bottom line.

Julie holds a BA in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and has pursued MBA studies at Université de Sherbrooke. In addition to HR consulting, she is an accredited leadership coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, helping leaders enhance their effectiveness and career growth. Recognizing the importance of well-being in leadership, she integrates simple self-care techniques into her coaching to support sustainable success.
