Senior Executive Comprehensive Health Strategy

A Senior Executive Comprehensive Health Strategy, often referred to as an executive health program or executive wellness program, is a specialized healthcare approach designed specifically for senior-level executives and leaders within an organization. This strategy aims to address the unique health and wellness needs of individuals in high-stress, high-responsibility positions and to quickly expedite care and treatment in the event of complex medical health problems.

The shortest waits for specialist consultations are in Ontario (10.1 weeks) while the longest occur in Prince Edward Island (41.7 weeks). Our Solution

We understand that “time is money” and when an executive, or a family member, has a medical problem, it affects the executive’s performance and the company’s bottom line. In order to manage these risks we review and audit the company’s current executive health strategy and make recommendations. This usually results in a few carefully designed, but minor changes to the company’s benefit plan. The creation of a separate executive medical health class and the addition of exclusive international health insurance products to provide the funding for independent consultations and treatment, often outside of Canada, ensures the prompt treatment and recovery of the senior executive or family member.
